Pillars of Life

There are four pillar of life. These pillars defines the stability of one's life. The four pillars are as follows-
  1. Physical Pillar
  2. Mental Pillar
  3. Social Pillar
  4. Spiritual Pillar
All the four pillars, if taken care in life, can lead to a healthy and prosperous life and the mind will follow the spark, which everyone is looking for.

The first pillar of life is, the Physical Pillar. It defines the physical health and well being of a person. Physical exercise is must and very important daily routine. Also the selection of right diet and food plays vital roll in maintaining the physical health. Physical health is that treasure which integrates the overall quality of life and it should not be neglected. We should always be aware enough and proactive about the physical pillar of life.

Second pillar is the Mental Pillar. It includes the mental capabilities of a person. The strength of a person is determined by his mental power. It the ability to stretch our mind to the different mental exercises. You can find plenty of mental exercises like solving the jumble words, or playing chess. It counts in the overall development of a person.

Third pillar is the Social Pillar. Human being is a social entity. In society, the quality of relationships influences the happiness index of a person. Social pillar plays very important part, because we all are here to express and experience. And in society we need to have good, healthy and positive relationships. The stability of one's life also depends upon his society.

Fourth pillar is the Spiritual Pillar. Most of the people on this planet does not even think about this very important aspect of life, that is spirituality. And then they blame the situations or people about their failures and turmoil in life. Most of them doesn't even know the meaning of spirituality. Spirituality is the knowledge and science of Spirit (Soul). This is an awareness that we are not the body, but we all are souls, that metaphysical energies which operates the body, mind. To make the spiritual pillar strong, doing meditation and getting aware about the soul and the self is very important. It gives the strength to deal with the negative influences and situations in life.

To hold the flat surface of the life, the strength of all four pillars need to be adequate enough to deal with the shakes of today's challenging environment. Lets explore The Real Power Within and to make the four pillars rock solid.
